I had an interview on 15 dec 2010.

I was put on administrative processing under 221(g).

Then on 8 mar 2011 I got letter that my administrative processing has been completed but I am still under 221(g). And cut off dates in my category have been retrogressed so they will contact me when ever it will current again.

Now today when i check my status on http://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/ it is showing that my file is expiring soon under 203(g).

How is it possible ? Please help...!

Guy's What the Genral Forcast for next Fisical Year for our catogry ? Will they bring down total processing within 11 Years which is over 11 years prsently. Please share your opinions.

Yeah it must be because pd 2000 and 2001 current 2nd time.

Another thing is that it is very tough time for f4s whose pd exist in 2002.NOW DOS to do equailty.i have may02 pd i want to file my ds.230 for cspa sought to LPR. but i can't even one time our pd not current..

May be this new fy brought hope for me or others..

Good that ur administrative processing has been complete...The PCC and medicals are valid for One year from the date of issue..so you might have to go in for these documents again..

My case:

I am derivative of my wife(who is the principal beneficiary of F4 category, her case is now at NVC). We have married 2 years ago, my wife has not informed NVC on her marriage. A couple of months ago, she received IV fee bill invoice in which my name was not included(because NVC was not aware of me)

my Questions:

1-How can we include my name for IV fee bill invoice? does that affect the process of visa processing for my wife?

2-Is it necessary to inform NVC? I ask this question because I have heard from a lawyer that we can go to the interview together having marriage certificate and simultaneously apply for visa.

You have to call NVC and inform the details of the marriage...

Then they will invoice the fee payment for your case...

visa grant is right but the good and procedureal way is that you must send your SCAN COPY OF marriage certificate along with passport photo copy through email and you 'll get your invoice with in a week or earlier.i done this.

Email:Nvc@state.gov

there is proper way email to nvc. Write in message box

Petitioner name and date of birth

principal applicant name and d.o.b and when your marriage occure

and you must write case number on subject line.

Send it now then see the result.
