they are displaying 221g under refused...coz there was only 3 words showing, "issued" ,"refused" and "ready"

Oh..! I was interviewed in Dec 2010 and my file was pending under 221(g). Afterwards due to retrogression my file moved back. and now my status is shown as Your file is expiring soon as per section 203..!! That is strange..! what does it mean?
