The brothers and sisters who are part of the petitioners and who have gone through the life each and every day in their lives through good and bad times and supporting them financially in realizing their dreams have to wait nearly 10 yrs to get their Green Cards..:crying:

It is quite a irony to make them wait for such long years..

I hope the US lawmakers see through the sacrifices done by every brother and sisters and lessen the wait time in this Visa Category..

I feel a visa approval in this category to everyone is really a big thought process in reuniting family members..

221g..!! it was yellow, or blue or white paper ? ? ?

if i m not wrong, your interview was on 15 may ,..

so you take 25 days to send papers to consulate...but which documents they ask for ? pcc ? tax returns? or anything else ?

Kishor

What kind of questions did they ask you,did you bring a new police certificate, and tax returns from the petioner, what else did you bring please give us more info. Thanks and congrats to you

Yes, They asked me to submit fresh PCC and Tax document.

Regarding the questions , It is very simple like :

[1] How many kids your sister have and name of the children's?

[2] How many years your sister lived in US?

[3] When your sister last visit and for what purpose ?

[4] What is the business of your sister ?

[5] Give some photo of your sister with you

So, don't worry about the questions..If your document are clear then process will go very smoothly
