Hello everyone:

I noticed that no one has posted recently. I have a few questions and hopefully someone can reply with helpful answers:

I am the petitioner to my sister and her her family in El Salvador. The PD is Jan 8, 2001, the application got approved and in 2008 they sent us a notice that the case was being moved to NVC. Between 2009 and 2010 NVC requested civil documents, DS-230, income tax - everything! Then the retrogression happened and everything stood still. My priority date is now up again (June = Jan 8, 2001) - just wondering if anyone knows when I should hear from NVC to schedule interview appointment and physical exams. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Keep calling NVC - 603-334-0700 (press 1 then 5 to speak with an operator) OR DOS - 202-663-1225 (press 1 then 0 to speak with a visa specialist) and u should get an update now..

hey guys , i have a question on my mind ! my uncle provided AOS ,but he files his taxes jointly with his wife. i was wondering if i need to provide any new form for that ! help me out , i have interview very soon and dont wannt my visa process to linger ! he submitted i864 form for us, so does he need to file a i864a again ? his yearly slary is around 50K and he is sposnsoring 4 persons

i think you should contact immigration lawyer.btw....best of luck for the interview...don't forget to post interview experience in detail

seems like we don't have f4 fillers in February...so we wont be able to predict coming vb.....

i think you will get your letter anywhere from 26 may to 12 june..

so if u get appointment letter....keep the forum updated..
