is good to see someone who is in US now and doing the process there,so I have a few questions dear for you,if you would like to answer,i'm asking just because my son is there too and we are waiting for interview,but kind of worried if he can do AOS there.How long are you in US,and did you do the AOS there,any problem about it,because as i read in your post you had interview alrady.Please reply,greatly appreciated.thanks

thanks,and few more questions i'm just assuming did the IO mention something about overstayed,and did you hire a lawyer.Thanks for your help

I was under the umbrella of LIFE act ( if you don't know about that, you can read online) hired a lawyer as well, As my sister lives her so she was required to be at the interview with me ( this is not mandatory if living abroad) It all went well!!
