you have to submit which you got from passport office...local is not necessary .

btw...your pd will be current soon so now start getting local pcc ...

and ya...as you recieve interview letter...plz update forum ok

yes...you have to print out of email and take along with you at the time of interview.

At the time of 2001, lot of F4 filers who had their I-130 petition filed during the month of April and also who overstayed in their present visa status could continue their petition for final stages by paying a penalty of $1000..

As of now the processing of F4 case is within 11 years..may be in future the electronic processing might speed up..

I don't think so, They stoped sending COA after retrogression , I am sure they will start soon as the backlog is getting cleared.
