Fresh Tax returns means the last filed tax returns..it will be 2011..

I need your help regarding the Affidavit of Support.

My wife is the principal applicant for F4 preference category. I am derivative beneficiary. Our PD is in 1st week of January, 2001. Our interview date is on June, 2012.

Our case was documentarily qualified in NVC on November, 2010. My wife's elder sister is the petitioner. Petitioner and her husband filled up I-864 and I-864A forms, respectively. At that time, we had no child. So, in the I-864 and I-864A forms only me and my wife names were included.

Now, we have a baby (1 month+ old). So, my question is will I need to submit new I-864 and I-864A forms during the interview since my baby was not included in the previously submitted I-864 and I-864A forms?

I have collected the petitioner and her husband's tax returns certificate for the years of 2010 and 2011.

Just fill in the updated information in the I-864 and I-864A forms and also carry the birth certificate at the time of the interview..

Are u told to get the copies of I-864 (AOS) to the interview? My petitioner has submitted AOS (I 864) already to NVC...I have only photo copy...is it sufficient to be shown in the interview?

ans : No , they didnot tellme to tae the AOS with me, thugh i will take a photocopy 1 along with me. But they told me to bring the latest tax returns

Are there any one in your family who is planning to accompany you at a later date...if so did consulate ask for any supporting docs for them ?

ans:if you submitted a photocopy to nvc , and if they require original cpy , they will mention it in your interview letter

if your petitioner has already submitted the tax returns of 2011, 2010 ,2009 then you dont need to resubmit.

and i think you should not worry about packet 3 , just follow instruction written on interview letter.

and if you will miss any document, then they will tell u to do so by submitting at your nearby vfs office..so chill.

I am unable to check the enclosures in the interview email...They haven't mentioned any docs that need to be mailed (as was in kishor email)... Mumbai and VFS people are very ignorant and they are not even answering my questions...can any one help me with this?

bkc means bandra kurla complax, where Mumbai consulate is located.

as visa grant said , ds 230 , updated pcc , medical reports , pictures of your family, child hood pics, yours pics with petitioner etc.and ya make sure your passport has validity for next 8-10 months.

any document will be remaining , then they will inform you to submit at vfs..so don't take stress

As I read your privious topic in your vj's ID.you are derivative benefisari and your mother is principal benefisari.

So you required photos of petitionar and principal benefisari( your mother)
