so, here i am again, Mr Worrywart! :) well i haven't got my fiancee's divorce decree or her original marriage certificate(i have copies) which she put into the i-129 package when she compiledit....im just worrried now that they are gonna think (which im sure most of you will) that im an incompetent idiot as when i sent off the iv-15 checklist i ticked that i had them thinking they would be sent but then when we went through the embassy info it appeared that the documents were pertaining only to the applicant, me, so she never sent them, but then reading other blogs and forums it would appear that i do need them, so she went to her court house but has to wait a month to get it which obviously won't be here in time, im worried that the whole thing will be suspended and ill have to go through the same stress and nerves. I know some will say why didnt she just send them in the first place and i would agree that is what we should have done, but we didn't and unfortunately can't rectify it at this stage, basically what i'm trying to get to is will the CO 'undersand' if i explain to him/her why i ticked them? and do you think it willcause major problems? so if anybody can help put my mind at rest over this whole thing i would be most grateful :)
