uploading photo

I would like to upload a photo to place it on my member's description. I tried and could not. I looked up directions about modifying my setting and it explain that it is up to the

administrator of my group to allow me to post photo. Please help

Under "settings", "profile" tab, choose "change avatar", and upload your picture! That should do the trick.

Thank you but still no dice. i get a message stating photo has too many pixels. The other mechanism to reducing pixels size does not work for me. I think I am giving up. too much hassle

I have same problem so I will try Picassa and get back to you. Basically you will choose a picture then use the "export" function to resize it.

Yep, Picaasa works and it will rezize and control pixel size. If you want send me the pic and I'll fix it for ya.

Ok, I took the liberty of cropping them square also if they do not load try the changing picture instead od avatar.
