can somebody that has been thru the CFO before tell me what documents she needs to bring? the official website says in addition to the real forms you also need fotocopies? maybe Im not reading it correctly.... heres the link

http://www.cfo.gov.ph/

Also here is a quote from the website

"If married, certified true copy and photocopy of marriage contract on security paper from the National Statistics Office, or Local Civil Registry Offices; or original and photocopy of marriage contract duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/ Consulate (if married abroad)" We were married abroad so she needs to go to the philippine consulate with the original copy, and a fotocopy of the original and then have it authenticated before going to the CFO?

also can someone give the address of the cfo office closest to cavite? thank you if you can help, Cuz im trying to get the new passport thing all straightened out before i get the NOA2 this is her other mission she must complete after she sends me the DS-3032 and the DS-230 forms

My wife Mhay went straight from the embassy interview to PRISM and did the seminar. She had all the documents that she took to the interview with her...yeah it was overkill, but they did ask for my divorce decree and a couple of pictures. (along with the normal marriage certificate...she had original and photocopies of everything)
