Hi okey heres the thing , the guy meet this woman online they talk , meet in person i fell inlove i guess. the guy file a petition for the woman to be here in USA. got lucky and visa approved. She came here hoping they will get married, Her 90 days will soon ends in few days. but the relationship with her fiance is not smooth because she found out that her fiance still communicating with another woman since she's already here in usa living with him, her fiance told her that he's not ready to get married yet. He booked her a flight going back to her country broken hearted. her 90 days will expire soon, but on her visa she still until October. Is there anyone knows or experienced like this or close to this scenario?..what are the things she can do.. can she call the immigration and tell them that his fiance is cheating on him while she still living in his house?. Is there any rule or regulation that will help this kind of problem?. she still planning of going back home. I know it will affect her future plans of coming here in usa again in the future. Any advice is well appreciated. thanks.

whilst she has a 'visa expiration date' in the VISA - that's the last date she could have entered the USA -

and what she needs to 'pay attention to'

is the expiration date on the I-94, instead.

Strongly suggest she jump on the plane, before the I-94 expires.

Nothing she can do, unfortunately. It's a "try and buy" visa so if things don't work out, she has to go back.

right, she has to go back. staying passed the 90 days will hurt her in the future if she ever tries to return to the US. really, 1 day passed and she is creating future troubles for herself if she ever tries to return. if she goes back after the 90 days, be sure to tell her to stay away from those dating websites since she won't be eligible to return to the US.
