I am not sure this is in the right place but here goes.

I am engaged to a Russian woman and I am a US citizen. We planned on filing the K-1 but I am concerned about her welfare and obviously want her with me in the US.

What would be the fastest way to get her to the US with me without breaking any laws? I do not want to wait the 6+ months for a K-1 if there is a faster way to legally do this.

Unfortunately the K1 or marrying her and filing for a CR-1 are the only options you have. The CR-1 is less expensive than the combined K1 & AOS, but according to most reports, takes slightly longer, but has the added benefit of giving her a green card as soon as she enters the country instead of filing for an AOS after she gets here and you're married, like the K1 does.
