K-1 documnets originals or copies

Reading the information posted on this site and others about submitting the 129 package I am a little confused about weather or not I need to send documents with original signatures or if photocopies of the documents and signatures are exceptable. I'm also wondering if I send a photocopy of my birth certificate along with a complete copy of my passport weather this will be exceptable. I realize that it probably depends who's hands the package ends up in but any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Anything that requires the signature of you or your fiance, send the original with the original signature.

Anything that doesn't and you'd like to keep in your posession (say, boarding passes or your birth certificate) send copies. But keep in mind at the interview, they may ask to see originals.

You only need your birth certificate OR your passport (since you have to have a BC to get your passport). But I don't think there is any problems if you do send both.

Also, make sure you make a few copies of the ENTIRE PACKAGE of what you are sending off to keep for your records.

We got an RFE for sending photocopies of the G-325A. They want the originals with original signatures on all 4 copies.

Anything you need like birth certificate or divorce decree...send copies. Any forms you fill out send originals and keep copies.

Make sure that you send them back their original forms properly signed, but dont send them your origianl documents.

Everything I sent was photocopies, except for the documents that needed a signature.
