Ok, good luck to you in your immigration journey!

It is a journey of the ship in a large ocean. When we see the shore, our journey will end with the approval with a smile on our face! Right now you (and me too) are little bit stuck due to a large iceberg in front of us. Since we don't have the captain's wheel, let's hope captain (USCIS) will control the ship and lead us in a proper way. We can pass the message to the captain to bring us to the shore soon. How? Talking to the captain. Sometimes captain will be busy as well. But let's hope he would listen to us!

We will cross if god allowed us to ...so lets just pray and wait ...btw where are u from ?

Eventually everybody will reach the destination. Did I forget to say "Insha Allah"! Some people who travels in another ship don't encounter this iceberg. So their path is very clear and reach their destination much faster. So, let's pray to Allah, my dear brother. You should be all set soon. But keep tracking with the USCIS once in a while to know what is your status.

I am in New York right now, but originally from India.

You can PM me in VJ. "How did I go there?" means how did I reach NY? If yes, I am a software professional and came here in job visa some time back. Got the Green Card, then the U.S Citizenship. Now I am sponsoring my wife to bring over here.

She feels good! Thanks for your wishes! This is her second Green Card. I processed her first GC successfully and she lived with me here in the U.S. But wanted to do some higher education in India and surrendered her GC. Now she changed her mind to come back. So I am ready to process it again. It looks like I am stuck due to this complexity at this point of time. But not yet confirmed since I haven't talked to the USCIS rep (which would be on Monday) or get any kind of communication from them.

What does your petitioner do in the U.S?

There are some obvious red flags, as long as you are not hitting them, you should be fine. Mine was more than 6 months.

Different religion

Older petitioner

Petitioner divorced especially with children

Met on line

Limited visits
