hello everyone

we are submitting I864 form when the bill shows as paid.

In question 21(a) we have entered one (my husband sponsoring me)

so again in 21© (If you are currently married, enter 1 for your spouse ) do we have to enter one or leave it blank. I m confused in this part.

In ques 23. current individual annual income will be shown with or without taxes ?

Therefore my husband is only sponsoring me with no dependants so the total household size will be 2 ?

put zero for 21 c because you should already be counted on line 10 as the intending immigrant

total annual income is gross income.

Yes, household size will be 2 for your case

That's correct.

For income, enter Line 22 amount (Total Income) of your husbands last tax return form 1040 (hoping he has not filed using 1040EZ last year). This is the income before taxes.
