Hi all. I'm trying to find out if there is a new I864ez form. My old one expires oct 31 2010 but I need to do a new one anyways as my husband changed jobs. Will the accept the one that's about to expire? I think I will have my interview in october

Canadiandggal, why do you bother IRS for a form that is created by USCIS and reviewed by NVC.

The I-864EZ form that you have is the latest and use it. Don't worry!

Lol too late I bugged the irs however they guy was nice. He told me they don't create that from, I thought it was weird that the irs would make it. Ill email uscis and just use the old edition and see if a newer one comes out befiore my interview. Its there fault if its an expired form.

If you carefully review the below link (http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=15d05d4c6608e010VgnVCM1000000ecd190aRCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD)

you can even use this edition created on 10/18/07. Also, you can even use its previous edition created on 01/15/06. But older editions that are older than 01/15/06 will not be accepted.

You don't even have to bother USCIS on this matter. Sometimes, they will extend the expiry date automatically on the same edition unless drastic changes occur in the same form.
