Hi!

My Mother filed I-130 for my brother but rejected and stated the reason was part c address. They didn't specify. What we had on mind was maybe because my family moved when my Mother was still in the Philippines and their address is different now. I checked my Mother's application when I filed for her and it was different. So I was thinking that might be it. I haven't called the USCIS customer service yet. I don't know if they can help. During my Mother's petitioned I didn't have a problem but now I am confused. How can I change my family's address abroad? Please help!
