Okay, one more question on the I-134. I got my income requirements met with my 27,000 made in 2009, and was wanting to know if I list money in my bank account, do i need to get a support document from the bank? Or should I just leave it blank so I dont have to go through the trouble. I heard as long as the income requirements are met 125% above the poverty line with tax return, employment letter etc, you dont have to put anything in the rest of the blanks? Is this true? Thanks again for all the help everyone

If your income meets the requirements, you normally do not need to show assets, as your bank account would be used for that.

So prove your current income and you should be fine.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
