people like us need to put our money where our mouths are. those tools can be purchased but i always tell myself im too busy vjing to really make good use of them.

I'm going to have to do something - I have no expertise in this area at all. Oh for a company managed pension fund - possibly.

No. she could buy one then hire all the poor single moms to work there. She could even put a daycare in the back and pick up a few govy. subsidies.

How's your 401k performing at the moment Marc? Got any good tips to share?

Im up 15% on all investments for the year but I think were right around the top. So be careful. Unless your gonna go short.

Name some please. I will do my own research too but still wanna know which ones you think of.

I like NYB - it's a solid New York community bank without any toxic or subprime exposure.

When other banks were scrabbling for TARP handouts, NYB politely declined. Their dividend

is $1 per share (about 6% on a $17 stock).

AF (Astoria Financial) is another good bank which also refused TARP, but they only pay 50c

per share (used to be $1).

I have some cash I need to convert into investments

Rifles are a great investment.

I think the recovery will stall, the teabagger militias will overthrow the government and replace the US dollar with the Freedom Dollar and all your stocks will belong to them.

With rifles, you're covered either way.
