Hi All....I have a question. My AOS case was transferred to CSC in March and then it was sent to a local office now today I get this: Initial Review

On September 14, 2010, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I am pretty sure it means your AOS was approved and you will be getting the green card in the mail. Once you were transferred to CSC you didn't have to have an interview.

I know you have been waiting a long time. You will get ton of notices if you signed up for the text/email right before they send you the card.

I want to know who called my hubby and told him he was being a as!#$$ole, because this week has sure been different for us! He has started doing everything on my list. :dance:

And yesterday I woke up at 6:30am to go to church, solo I needed that blessing and didnt want anything to stand in my way so I left the kids at home with him.

He asked me when I was getting dressed (where you going) I said (Church) he said well let me talk to you before you go

he apologized like never before and said he understands that all this started because of him

He gets it...he finally gets it!!!! I am so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It really worked to stand my ground.

JQ--I am glad your prayers were answered. Sometimes you have to know when to take a stand and when to walk away. You did excellent with standing firm and believing in what is right. Blessings. How is everyone here. I have been missing alot of things on the VJ site, but I have been working very hard to take very good care of my wife. She has adapted to Birmingham (Southern Lfe) well. Jobs are hard to find so I tell her that as long as hussie is bringing the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ that she she has nothing to worry. First and foremost Thanks God he has seen the light JQ!!!!!!! This light will get brighter as time goes by.

Ok now on a AOS note I am getting ready to send in our form next week. For the medical He is going to the doctor on Friday I get the he is to fill out part 1 and part 2 vaccination and the part 5 by the doctor. We have his Immunization records the yellow one he had from birth with all his vaccations even the ones done in JA just before he got here. So what is this DS 3025 form has I do not have this form. Pleased simplify this part for me with this DS3025.
