JQ- Could you to Calie this weekend and take Moy Moy with you? A break from him probably would really help. I know a kidless break would be even better, but you are a good person considering Moy Moy's best interest, not just your own. Know what though, why is it that thoughtful, caring people always seems to get taken advantage of by takers? It's a shame. You deserve exactly what you put out, even more so since you are pregnant.

Hey JQ i justed readed your post I agree with MsTee at the end of the day the only thing that matters right now is your health. If you have to do everything by self, that is ok, but do not wash his clothes or cook food for him. If have to open a can of spagetthi and meatballs and give the children that. Do not cook any five course meal and yo tired and he wake up late in the night to come eat Oh hell to the Naw.. trust me right now me and my husband have slightly the same issues I dont cook enough day through out the week., Ammm do you see batteries in my A$% that says duracell. Do not wash his clothes, Do not stop doing for his daughter, just stop doing for him right now. Bright he Bright, but just bust his bubble.

Hey morning, well they had jokes on my today. We have an official uniform that we bought from jcpenney on our own grey two piece suit.

On fridays we dress casual.

Ok last week I was off from Thursday for the wedding, to return on Monday, but due to Hurricane Earl passing through we was out until Wednesday. Oh by the way no power still DA$%% Wapa, our power company. Anyhooss . I forgot to today was friday and was rushing this morning to iron my uniform note we have a generator, before it shuts off. I came in stepppping high in my grey suit and peeked my head in purchase by my girls to say morning. I started on them cause I saw them looking like they going club in there skinny jeans and baby tee another note they are divas up in here. lol so I say what going on here you all got to let everyone know you guys do not have power without u guys uniform, they died laughing and say tammy u forget it is friday. LMAO OMG I really forgot.

Well know I have on a Baby tee jeremiah weed shirt and I going cache to get me a pair of jeans, Note I needed a pair of jeans I only have three and they on sale half off and then an extra 40% sale. Yay!!!

Lol you just tickle me girl but you be on point! Lol.. No you dont need a police report for AOS. Make sure you file all things I-485, I-131 and the I-765 together for 1, 010.00. You can do a check/money order/certified bank check made out to the Department of Homeland Security. You need a certified copy of your marriage license. Go to the guides and see what you need to submit. As for the I-693, you need a copy of his vaccination records. You also need for his DS-3025 (vaccination record) to be transcribed on the i-693. The trick is you have to find a civil surgeon in your area to do the transcription. I think you go on the Department of state website for a list of civil surgeons. Don't use any that make you do the physical over again because he had one before he left JA. You just need for them to fill out the form completely. They may need to give him shots that he hasn't hard. This is where it can become pricey. Whatever he didn't get in JA he may need to get in VI.

If I think of more, I will let you know

Also make sure you do a G-1145 for all three forms so they can notify you when they 'touch' your case. You can find this in the guides too

well here is the update.

We got a BLUE SLIP!!!!!!:crying:

Eric's baby's mother didn't put him on birth certificate originally. So she just added him about a year or two ago. Which is a problem I guess. Cause now he has to do a DNA test to prove that he is child's father and then we can continue with the process.

Bad thing is that Eric honestly doesn't believe that he is her biological father, since mother didn't put him on birth cert in the first place. He is really down in the dumps after that.

I really don't know what to say to cheer him up, that makes me feel sad. I just hope that everything pans out for the best.

So any help on how to cheer my man up?????

Another Mama Jew on the way!!!!!

No they are strictly requesting DNA testing. So we will either be relieved or shocked. But either way we are still that child's parents. Only bad thing is that she won't be able to come over to the states to live with us, prob until she is older, I am guessing. I haven't done much research yet.Just be down myself. Hurt a little. Hurting for Eric cause his mind is all over the place.
