Good morning everyone *waving*

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with name change and USCIS? I filed our I-130 and have in the meanwhile changed my name~of course to my hubby's lastname (L) . Think I need to notify them of that? I only saw something for change of address............if anyone know's that would be great!

Hope everyone is well and has a great day! (F)

Congrats on the twins!!!!! My little angel was a twin but for some godly reason, the other embryo vanished.(as how dr put it along with other possible scenarios as to what occurred) It was a condition called vanishing twin syndrome

When I filed my I-130 I believe I used my married name already. I don't know if you have to notify them.

Wow, you know I had read about that and thought it was the strangest thing. At how many weeks did this happen? I'm sorry to hear this. You still have a little girl to enjoy though. All the best to you.

Aww Mo (L) same thing happened to me. At 8 1/2 weeks I started bleeding was scared as hell. Went to the ER, they said it was a subarachiod hemorrage (sp?) and that the gestational sac was too big and there was a vanishing twin. Glad baby girl came out perfect.

Where the hell is Finesse p0235.gif

Good luck to all the t8311.gif

There is no need to notify USCIS, they have the marriage cert and your bith papers. At the time of interview in Kingston, you will have to show them some type of ID, they too will have the marraige cert and birth papers and they will put 2 and 2 together.
