Sorry to ask the same question again.......I am filing our I-130 and changing my last name at the same time.......would you use your new married name or the current last name (which happens to be my ex-husbands)? My ID and passport will still have the current last name at the time of filing.....?????? Does anyone know??? Which to use? Thanks

Jamerican if they were closed you would see it on their website. Michael gonna go and all will be well!

LadyD, I would use my maiden name because either way you still have to send in a copy of your marriage certificate.

Honestly, Im really not stressing, just pissed off that I believe this whole interview ####### is bogus and YET another way of USCIS stalling to give us the green card. Their rasses probably got backed up and so they threw the interview in just to delay it some more. It pisses me off to no end to see others who filed after us getting theirs yet we are stuck when we followed procedure and contacted our senator for assistance. Ive had to take time off to go to our info pass appointment for their carelessness and not to mention that Steve has to take time off for this bullshyt too! Im glad his job is understanding and lets him take the time off without losing pay, which we can't afford now that Im being "retired". I just need to vent all of this and now that I have I'm good!!!!! I have no doubt we will pass the interview. I have all our ducks in order sort ta speak! I also have faith in The Creator so Im claiming this and we got this!!

Thanks for all the support from you guys! star_smile.gif

I completely understand what you're saying. Unfortunately even when we do what is required we still don't win with immigration. But the day will come when you can pray and say thank God you're done with them!

I ended up not seeing the movie because it was sold out but Thursday is smiley's bday and since it's a week day, we can only settle for dinner and a movie.

I am delighted (I never use that word!) to say I've been nausea free for 4 whole freaking days!! Except now my new pain on the azz is that my mouth taste like metal and soap no matter what I eat :(

Hope we all had a safe wknd!

....when it hurts to look back and you're scared to look ahead LOOK beside you and I'll be there.....

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore... and who always will.

So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

You all should move down here...although it's cold at night and in the mornings...it warms up usually to the mid to upper 50s during the day. In fact today it'll be in the upper 60s...tomorrow 71! Granted we'll all have pneumonia by Friday, but so it go! :star:
