Evening Yardies...waving...I am getting ready to file the I-130 when I return from Jamaica in 2 weeks and I was wondering....

1. I will in the meanwhile be changing my last name here also. So in filing the paperwork, would you use your current last name, your married name even though it's not legally changed upon filing, or what?

2. I will be over nighting the packet on Saturday November 20(they would receive it the 22 or 23)....would you send the new fee's that change on the 23rd? I tried calling but only get an automated system, so I am aparently not calling the right number.

3. His G-325a should have his name at the bottom or my(the petitioners) name?

4. Can anyone here answer questions/clarifications about having filed a K-1 previously (for a previous relationship a few years ago) and how you would document/explain that? I have all the letters and the withdrawl letters and notifications from that.

I would probably go ahead and send the new fee just to be safe. As for the G-325a, his name should go at the bottom.

I'm sure someone that previously filed a K1 will come along and clarify that for you!

anyone have the secret options to get thru to live person at uscis???? i am going to attempt to see if we qualify for expedite..........highly doubt we do but i will never know unless i ask and worst they can say is no right :)

Morning Mama! I been trying to stay busy with work... I have a couple of things planned so my weekends will not be just sitting up in the house going crazy :wacko::blush: Poe thang! The storm had the internet down but he was able to get on last night and we were able to video chat.

Hi Yankeesgirl...I can't remember the options but we always get someone live on the phone...the only thing is they always want to have the beneficary's permission before they will give out any info. We usually 3-way call...crazy ain't it? After all the money we spending, I'm going to need for y'all to answer my ????'s. :bonk::bonk::bonk:
