Hi its me again. Have a good day to all. We sent our I-129F last June 24, 2010 and we receieved our NOA last July 2, 2010. Is it true that after two or three months if no problem with the paperworks it will approve? Or are there cases of the members of this site that they got approved less than that time? Thank you so much. We were so excited of our NOA2.

If you look at memebers timelines yes there are some that are approved in 2 or three months and there are some approved in less than that. There is no concrete answer it depends on your case and the person working on your file....In other words there are no gurantees that it will be one month or two or 30days for that matter.....Good Luck :star:

You really have no way of knowing. Mine was submitted in mid-April and shouldn't have had any problems. There are none that I can think of to this day and they certainly haven't asked me to correct or submit anything additional via an RFE. 108 days since our NOA1 while others, also without problems, get approved in 8 days.

I hope you have a shorter wait but you have to be prepared for anything. Good Luck!

N-400

Feb. 12, 2016 - Sent N-400 to USCIS (3-year rule)

Feb. 19, 2016 - NOA1

Mar. 14, 2016 - Biometrics

June 2, 2016 - Interview - Recommended for Approval

I agree with Ryna. Our case should be easy. As far as I know there are no problems with paperwork or anything, and we have no weird/complicating factors. But it's been 103 days since our NOA1 and nothing (well, one touch because i changed my address). Hopefully yours will go quickly, but bette to expect it to take 4-5 months. That way you are prepared for the wait, and if it comes fast it's a pleasant surprise. On the other hand, expecting it sooner and not getting it is painful.

April 23 2010 -- I-129f sent

April 27 2010 -- check cashed, NOA1 dated

Aug 2, 2010 -- touched

Aug 13, 2010 -- date of NOA2, I-129F approved

Aug 17, 2010 -- NVC sent application to embassy

Sept 2, 2010 -- Medical

Sept 7, 2010 -- Receive checklist from embassy

Sept 7, 2010 -- Hand-deliver packet to embassy

Sept 30, 2010 -- Receive notice of interview date

Oct. 4, 2010 -- Interview!
