I have two phones, I would love to keep them and use them once we move to the states. I have a Samsung E2120 and a Nokia5030.

What providers will allow us to use them, if any?

Hey!

U can use the Nokia but the Samsung doesn't work with US Mobile network frequencies! For the US you need a phone that works in 850 / 1900 Mhz.. You can check if a certain model does that at http://www.gsmarena.com - thats what I use! Of course the phone must be unlocked so you can use it with all operators!

Hi, my husband and I both have a Nokia 5030 and our provider is T-Mobile. We only use it for calling and texting. Texting is free. So far we are very happy with it.
