Does anyone know about the intervew in us embassy in sofia,is it really every second tuesday of the month or can be any time in the month?

I believe NVC schedules interviews every second Tuesday of the month for the Embassy but they schedule them for any business day when the Embassy is open. I have friends, whose interviews were on a Monday, or another day...

if they only have intereviews once a month i imagine it would be a very busy day...

tokyo has them every monday of every week of the month.
