just so i understand this,

ofcourse the answer is in here somewhere !

how do you know you got "touched"

will it say on uscis.org ??

11/05.. met online (she ignored me at first)

02/06.. began chatting via email & telephone, every day since

04/06.. she visits

06/06.. she visits

06/06.. proposed .. she accepts

09/06.. I hope to visit U.K.

K-1 Journey Begins:

7/17/06.. sent i129-F to TSC..

7/27/06.. NOA-1 Received from CSC..(not sure how they got it)

9/21/06.. touched

9/29/06.. RFE sent out

Did you register with USCIS on-line? If so, you can check to see if your case has been updated--that is what people mean by "touched".

Also, all the fiance visa cases from Texas get transferred to California.
