AOS need to be sent certified?

Good afternoon :

I have everything ready to send my I-864 today.

I wrote my NVC case number in every single page

I just wanted to know if this need to be sent by Regular mail or Certified mail?

Please advise.

Not necessarily certified, but at least delivery confirmation so you can prove they got it if it is a question at a later date. I would use a flat rate Priority mail envelope with delivery confirmation, that way you could track online.
