police reports in maiden name

I've just had my NOA2 approved in a suspiciously quick amount of time (44 days). I've doubled check and this isn't a mistake, but my question now as I was expecting this to take a couple of months, I've got to send off for my police reports and my passport is still in my maiden name as I going to France next week and didn't have time to change my passport. Would this be a problem if I just made a note of this on the application?

Also with the I-864, if my partner is self employeed, what evidence would he half to provide if he doesn't have pay slips. Is a bank statement and tax returns ok?

Shouldn't be a problem. One of my police reports was in my maiden name, and one in my married name. No problems at all. I just put my maiden name under "other names used" on the I-130 so they figured it out.
