Smoking occassionally, will this be a problem?

During the medical exam, my fiance was asked if she smoked and she said, "yes, occasionally." She clarified that this refers to cigarette smoking. At her immunization the next day, they asked her the same question again and she gave the same answer. She was never asked whether she took drugs or drank alcohol.

Is admitting to occasional smoking a problem?

I figured. I was just wondering why they only asked her the question, "Do you smoke?" when smoking tobacco is not even a ground for inadmissibility.

I think what they should ask over there is "have you taken drugs or are you an alcoholic?" since these are the more material questions

I was a hand core smoker of tobaco way back high school on my "crazy days" and smoke tobacco occasionally back college, but never did St. Lukes saw something ####### in my chest xray.
