Timeline

I don’t understand, I sent my response to my RFE over a month ago still no email they received it, I am very worried now, I did not even get a second RFE for the same thing. I called uscis they told me to call back when it had been 30 days so I did, now they tell me to give it 90 days… what the heck, I so frustrated I could act like I'm 2 years old and through myself on the floor and cry kick and scream

09/16/2005 Filed K-1 at VSC

12/24/2006 Rec RFE

12/24/2006 Mailed back RFE

01/17/2006 K-1 diened due to lack of evidence we meet in person.

02/06 Hired immigration lawyer

03/24/2006 Left for Mexico to see my honey who had been gone since 09/16/2005

04/01/2006 Got Married

05/01/2006 VSC recieved I-130

05/17/2006 MSC recieved K-3

07/01/2006 Recieved RFE for K-3 IMBRA law

07/14/2006 Usps said MSC recieved package

07/25/2006 I-130 Transfered to California Service Center (????)

08/07/2006-Touched I-130

08/07/2006- I-130 Approved (99 days)

08/07/2006-K-3 Approved (83 Days)

I love you... I waiting just a little longer

dont desperate, it will come. Iknow its frustrating seeing the rest getting the approvals and u dont, but it will get to you dont worry. I never got a second RFE either an e-mail and all of the sadden last week check case status on lineand boom it was there, case approved so dont worry ull get it besides ur timeline its the average who knows u may get today?

I got the NOA2 in the US Mail. Then a week later got the email and USCIS Website update. Never got an email indicating they had received the two IMBRA RFE's . So...........they're not consistent, but, hopefully you'll get the K3 Petition Approval NOA2 soon.

K3/K4 Timeline

04-14-06 - Mailed I-130 for wife and son

04-25-06 - NOA 1 for I-130

05-03-06 - Mailed I-129F for K3/K4 to Chicago PO Box

05-09-06 - NOA 1

07-28-06 - NOA 2

08-04-06 - NVC receives and assigns GUZ #

09-07-06 - NVC Out to GUZ

12-03-06 - P3 received

12-04-06 - P3 mailed back to GUZ

01-06-07 - Received P4........Interview is Feb. 28

02-23-07 - Attended ACH

02-28-07 - Interview - PASSED! - Pink Slip!

03-03-07 - Received Visa at Guangzhou Post Office

03-07-07 - Entered USA at Chicago POE

AOS Timeline

07-20-07 - Mailed (2) I-485's for AOS to Chicago PO Box

08-10-07 - Received biometrics letter.

08-25-07 - Attended Biometrics Appointment in Nashville

08-25-07 - Received AOS interview letter

08-30-07 - Received NOA1 for AOS.

09-25-07 - AOS Interview Passed in Memphis

10-04-07 - Green Cards arrived in mail
