My first letter of intent to marry my fiance I addressed to the USCIS, but for the second one that I bring to the interview should I address it to the Montreal Consulate? Or still address it to USCIS, I know i'm not actually mailing it to them, but I wasnt sure if I should just print out the exact same letter and just have my fiancee sign it or change the address so that it appears different.

This is what my first letter said:

Fiancé Letter of Intent

(US Petitioner Name Here)

(US Address Here)

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

USCIS California Service Center

P.O. Box 10130 Laguna Niguel, CA 92607 - 0130

Dear Sir or Madam:

I, (Petitioner's Name Here), do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry (Beneficiary's Name Here), and intend to do so within 90 days of her arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.

Yours truly,

(US Petitioner's Name Here)

So the part I was thinking of changing was just

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

USCIS California Service Center

P.O. Box 10130 Laguna Niguel, CA 92607 - 0130

to the address of the Montreal Consulate.

What do you think?
