Not all are required depending on year of birth.

I went to CDC and it seems that they say it's all depending on age and the physician who determines what is age appropriate.

I'm thankful to everyone who has made posts as to what I need for my hubby.

I just called and am getting a copy of his last td tetnus booster as he had that 6 years ago. That was easy as he had one in the US result of a foot cut.

Thanks I will call the private doctor and get him to get the tdap booster etc. I hope I get my packet soon. I'm nervous it will get lost in the mail.

Since the RCMP is good for a year, I'll tell him to go ask for that soon too.

So all will be left will be the medical and the affidavit of support. I have papers to show our assets from the bank and I can show a copy of joint bank account so I think that would cover it??

Except for the medical/RCMP I'm all set. All I need is for them go do their thing. I've even called the moving company know the price etc. I'm really ready and waiting.
