Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to read my question.

I received two RFE's. One saying that between my father and I, we do not meet the 125% federal poverty line. (Which we do, I wasnt able to send in his 2009 Tax Forms because he didnt have the forms yet. I have them now) Anywho, they asked for 12 months bank statements, evidence of ownership and equity of my parents house, and my fathers birth cert.

On the second RFE they asked for my fathers 2009 Tax forms.

Im also going to be adding my mom as another household member..I also have all her information.

So my question is...Do I just send them all the information they ask for, OR do I have to fill out a whole new I-864 and I-864a for my parents and make a whole new packet?

If anyone can give me any kind of answers, that would be great!!

Thank you so much for your time, :D

No harm doing the all the I-864 forms over again and submitted everything again related to that so that there is not confusion.
