Actually i have been temporarily refused at my consulate in Ghana, actually all the questions the consular officer asked, i successfully answered them but in i previously somewhere in the year 2000 went to the embassy and used a fraudulent document, the consular officer told me b'cos of that it will be difficult for him to believe my marriage is real. but he told the evidence i have given them are not bad and they need additional evidence like phone records. They kept these evidences our emails, post cards, letters, pictures, remittance slips. I want to know if b'cos of my previous submission of a fraudulent document could make them refuse me the visa. I will go back to the embassy in december and is it important that my wife come back before my 2nd interview or she should come at the time of the interview so that we go together? i need some advice. thank u all

Why this december......why not after a month?

I don't think they will refuse as it's not a matter of you only, it's about another person (your spouse) as well. But on the same side you must have to prove that you both are having marital union which is on going and faithfull.

Did you ever visited your wife ? Any property or bank accounts which are under your names.........any possible investment or stuff which has both your names togather........try to think harder.......good luck
