This is incorrect.

You generally have six months to enter the US after getting your Visa.

Sometimes this changes (if medical results expire, for example) but the majority of the time, it's 6 months to move.

Finally someone looked at our petition!! Got touched today!! But sadly only to get an RFE. I called USCIS and requested to talk with Tier 2 to see if i could sweet talk him into telling me why, so i could start preparing to send RFE response. But he would not give me any info, only that i had to wait until hard copy came in mail. Have done soo much waiting already!! ... now have to wait until RFE hard copy gets here.

Well, I think you are near of getting the NOA2. Once the RFE situation get resolved, I am sure you will get your NOA2 few days after.

The police records is not for the RFE but for the next phase after NOA2. I kinda wish my fiance had done those as we were waiting for NOA2. You need police records from all countries you've lived in (for more than 1 year I think?) and my fiance has 3 all together to do before we can even schedule the intervew... Thankfully you can expedite it but it cost more, so as you wait you may gain time by getting them done now. I think most of them expire after 6months.

WE have notice from the Moscow Embassy on Feb 11, and I wrote the Embassy for information on when her interview was and this is set for April 20. She has not got a packet from them on anything and I thought they had something to send to her. It has been a month and there is 32 days left.

We have the link to the Embassy site here in English and Russian.

She has the information where to go for the medical exam and we are almost done with the list on that link. I was wondering is the list found on this link the same information that maybe coming to her. When can she expect the packet and by what means wil it be delivered?

That list looks the same as my fiancee received from the Warsaw embassy. You'll probably want to ask somebody in the Russia Regional Discussion Area about when to expect the packet and by what means. This is because every embassy works differently. For example in Poland we didn't get the interview date until we returned packet 3.

Our scheduled was sooooooooooooooo easy. We did nothing. Once the dubai consulate received our case, they sent us packet 3 & 4 via email. I thought it was going to be a painful process but Dubai made it so easy for us.

Total time between notification of the NOA2 and notification of the interview schedule about 2 weeks or less.
