I get to go back and see her before we get the approval. My supervisor gave me the Ok to have a week of unpaid leave off to go to Russia. Her family is excited to have me come out.

I went in the hottest part of the summer now go in the dead of winter to Moscow.

This was great news for her and I. Now just 31 days to see my bride to be again.

My timeline says they will be working on or petition (Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between January 17, 2011 and January 25, 2011*.)

Do you all know what I should take papers that she will need of me so I can take to her directly so she is ready for her interview later?

I have to give her a copy of all that I sent in my papers with the I129-F papers? Is this correct? I know I have to give them the I134 form too.

Thanks for the help.

PS How do I attach the ticker like a signature to my posts?

Congratulations on getting to see your loved one again!

You can put the ticker in by going to the drop down arrow beside your username in the top right.

Click "My Settings" - This should take you to the settings screen.

Click the "Profile" tab.

Click on the left pane "Change Signature."

I called the USCIS yesterday and they said if 5 months have not passed then I have nothing to ask. The man Freddy was reading from a script all the time when I tried to get him to answer me away from the paper he was reading from he would go right back to the script.

So If you all are getting information of added information about other visas being processed before our K1 visas. The man I talked to just did not offer any other hope in the mix of things.

I know I'm glad I took the time to plan another trip to Moscow. I will be taking the needed papers in person to her now for her future interview. Wow what a journey!! :wow:

Ok, I'm really getting annoyed here. Did VSC competly shut down? Or are people just not updating their timelines? I can't believe our last noa2 was Dec 14, that's really outrageous. This was one of the worst Xmas I've had and it doesn't look like New Years will be that much better. When will this end??? I'm competly losing faith.

Take a look at Igors list and you may notice that July filers are starting to be adjudicated a little more rapidly than in previous weeks. So hopefully it will only be a couple more weeks till the August filers start to hear something

Just to add to mckay76 post, all of them had the collected touch on 10/03, not sure if that really makes any difference. We're almost there!

Today Jan. 6 my 5th month that my petition was entered in their system. Nothing yet except a silly touch back 10/3 with the rest of many of you.

I am not complaining about USCIS because I don't know their situation, workload, etc. The economic is very bad and many jobs have been cut. Maybe they are affected by it.

That is my opinion.

I am a US citizen only. I was not born in this country so whatever favor they do to bring my fiancee to this country, I will appreciate it. I don't feel I have the right to complaint about them.

Based on what I've seen here and on the USCIS site, I'd venture out and say the collective touch was them shelving all K-1 petitions and moving onto other visas, such as work visas and TPS's.

I say that because right around October 3rd is when VSC slowed down to a virtual halt on family based (k-1, CR/IR1)petitions.
