My package was signed by "A. Stanley"!?!?

Anyways, does anybody knows the duration of the visa? I mean is it 3-,6-,12-months? I know once you enter the USA you have 3months but we are trying to figure out the max time we have between visa in passport and POE

Excellent. I was getting worried that nobody else has theirs signed for by Stanley. Everybody I've seen had D Renaud. I'm also a August filer. They received it on Friday. Waiting for the check to be cashed.

Whoa, congrats you guys! I forgot to send in that one form that automatically signs you up for texts/emails so no texts, no emails, no hardcopy and they still havent' even cashed my check yet. :crying:

But soooooon I'm sure they must! AND I can't even really care that much because on Friday I'm hopping a plane to the UK to see my fiance for a whole week! WOO!! :D:dance: I'm assuming by the time I get back I'll have my NOA1 hardcopy. What a great way to spend the time waiting for it!

Woohoo...First post for me :)

Just mailed off my I-129f documents. I'm hoping for a speedy process....aren't we all? Question: She already has an I-130 that her mom filed for her in 2007. It is at the NVC...waiting for an immigration visa...you know that could take forever. Will that affect the status of her K-1 filing? I included information of her I-130 in there also... Now I guess I join the waiting list.

Checked my bank account this morning (like I've been doing every morning the second I get to work) only to find out that my check finally cleared!! WooHoo!!! :dance:

Also, LongRX7, welcome to the group!! Unfortunately I have no idea how to answer your question, my advice would be to try posting it somewhere else as well where more people with more experience will be able to see and answer it. (If you haven't already, of course) But anyway, good luck and heres to a speedy process! :luv:

I also forgot to send in the email/text notification sheet so I am stuck waiting for my NOA1 hardcopy. I hope it won't take too long :star: I can't wait to get my case number so I can spend all day every day checking the USCIS website! I think I'll have to wait for the hard copy to arrive to check my case status. The WAC number provided in the NOA1 email doesn't register yet on the USCIS website. Boo, I want something to check obsessively!

Welcome to the group!! Congrats on your filing! It's so exciting isn't it? I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that forgot to send in the email/text notification thingie. I didn't really even know it existed until after I sent my petition in and then I felt stupid. :blush: Oh well! I'm definitely in agreement with you on the whole NOA1 thing, as soon as I have my number I swear I'm going to waste SO much time checking on my case! Even though I know its totally unreliable and touches don't even mean anything really. But anyway, good luck to you and hopefully everything goes really fast!! :luv:
