Hey everyone! I am shaking sooo bad right now! I just got a text/email at 6:32 tonight (eastern time) from USCIS telling me that my case was updated.... I checked.... my petition was APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please don't hate me. Just know all of your times are coming soon. VSC is definitely back in action. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?? :dance:(L)

I don't hate you. I'm happy for you. That is so AWESOME!

Optimism is key! This really made my day seeing a few of you getting NOA2s!! Makes me want to cry seriously to think that it's possible for it to happen so quickly! Yay congrats!

9/21/10--I-129F mailed to Dallas

9/29/10--NOA1 (email and text message)

9/29/10--Check cashed

10/1/10--NOA1 hardcopy received (dated 9/27 and sent to VSC)

10/3/10--Touched (everyone touched)

10/4/10--Touched!

04/19/11-NOA2!! (FINALLY! After 204 days)

Major change of plans - the wait was too long for us and I ended up moving to Croatia in June 2011.

The only date we can work for both our families is Feb 25th. We've tried discussing an alternate date, but nothing seems to work :-/

Feb 25? :unsure: It's possible of course, but I would try not to get your hopes up. That seems to be cutting it a little close. I hope you make it though! I'll cross my fingers for you! :)

Also Feb 25th is my OH's bday so hopefully it'll be lucky for you!

That seems to be cutting it really close now. When they were flying through them and giving out NOA2s in a month, we were a lot more hopeful. Now, all we can do is pray. Hopefully that will make it the lucky day for everything to work out! ^__^

I-129F mailed to VSC June 18,2010.

I-129F delivered to VSC June 21,2010.

Waiting, waiting for NOA1.

July 12, 2010 VSC states petition was rejected (no reason given) and was being returned however they did give me the case #.

Waiting, waiting, did not get returned petition instead got hard copy of NOA1 in mail on July 26, 2010 with

different case # (very strange!!!) I have not seen anything like this on VJ.

NOA1 dated July 20, 2010 (way too long) 29 days since delivered.

Check cleared July 22, 2010.

Received NOA1 hard copy July 26, 2010.

"Touch" July 27, 2010.

"Touch" Oct. 3, 2010 Yeah!!!!, at least something.

YEEPEE!!!! Finally NOA2. Dec 30,2010 got cell text at 4:04pm, and email notice at 6:00pm that our petition has been approved.

Now for the rest of the process, should not be so long now!!!!!!

This long wait has been very stressful for both of us, now we can make more plans for the rest of our lives together.

NVC got our case on Jan 4, 2011 and was sent to the Embassy on Jan 6, 2011. Thank you Lord!!!

We now have our MNL case number!!!!

There are a lot of people still waiting who filed in July and even June. I never found out who signed for my package, but I don't think that really affects how quickly our petitions are processed. But don't worry, I think Vermont is picking up a little bit so it shouldn't be too much longer!
