I would rather have real fish too, but seeing as in I was cooking for 5 year olds I figured I'd make something they'd eat. Plus, my frozen parmesean-crusted tilapia fillets are all gone :( Some nights I just can't get the energy up to cook a meal from scratch. These kids are draining! Plus working all day next to racist lady. She complains all the time too. I am looking for a used iPod to buy so I can download audio books onto it and bring it to work so I don't have to hear her.

the boys are thankfully still in the stage where they will eat anything we eat ... so if they don't eat their portions we simply put extra on our plates and the two little land sharks gobble it up .... :P
