5 is right, it will vary daily. try to develop a meal profile that will even out the peaks. you will discover what works best for you...

peeps...my face, jaw, mouth are all hurting soooo much. I actually had to take one of my pain pills because I can't handle it anymore. when I put the ice packs on I can feel it throbbing. this sucks!

eta: I also learned they really mean it on the after care instructions where it says not to bend over all the way :blink:
