Well yesterday I had no food so all i had was sugar free ice pops. Today I had a veggie sub and small spoonfulls of pasta salad and a real sweetened ice tea.

True. i think a lot has to do with stress, not so much as what Im eating.

5 is right, it will vary daily. try to develop a meal profile that will even out the peaks. you will discover what works best for you...

sweets are not the only things that will cause the spikes.

I hate wheat bread, white bread hates me :crying:
