I think this is my favourite meter.

btw I'm going to try making the most simple form of "bacon candy" today. just brown sugar or brown sugar mixed with a bit of cayenne.

nagi - it's garlic, butter, parsley, paprika, salt & pepper. it's supposed to also have chili flakes but my phone rang and I got distracted. the shrimp was done cooking before I had time to add the heat :P

this "bacon candy" thing is in the oven. it smells interesting.
