I learned something today....I think I'm allergic to grape juice :blink: I juiced a bunch of grapes and my hands and forearms were like on fire itchy!

my day was very productive though...I made peach sorbet, peach jam, peach crumble, peach cupcakes, canned peaches, and some grape juice. tomorrow is another full day of canning/preserving.

:blink: I think the itch is caused by all that acid on your skin.

that's what we decided! after that I gave up and took a shower.

the grape cheesecake wasn't that good. I don't know how to explain it. the "grape" part was a grape topping. today is my last day of canning/preserving stuff. tomorrow I cook for people again and then tuesday morning I have the wisdom teeth removed :dead:
