I had shopping and errands to run and I'm all done with that. Now I need a nap. :yes:

I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis when I was 15. I never really get "sick". I only ever have sinus problems. it's always caused by allergies. I don't even go to the doctor for it anymore. my ent just annoyed me and never really offered any good enough solutions. I suggested removing my face :lol:

I never had a problem until i was in my 40's....when everything health wise went into the toilet. I think it is because I'm a heavy smoker.
