Good morning and Happy Saturday.

Does anyone have any plans ?

Today is a Thai Holiday so we're all running into DC from about 5-10 for a celebration with the Thai Community. There will be hundreds and hundreds of Thai people coming together today. It should be fun :thumbs: When we come back AAm will hit the hay because she is working tomorrow...but I will sneak next door. My neighbor is having a big 'bon-fire' style party and it should be fun :thumbs: :thumbs:

Before we go to DC, I think I'm going to run out and check out the new 73' Mitsubishi big screen tvs. Have you seen those, anyone? They are HUGE...and not that expensive (around $1500 or so). I think they are interesting tvs...from the little bit that I have read they are 3D ready, but they actually use a 'tube'...so they are about 6" thick. I guess the tube is why they can sell for so cheap...but they seem to have good resolution, etc. Anyways, if I buy one it would be for my son's ultimate college kid basement pad...so it would definitely be good enough! :wow:

Shopping is fun if you have a game plan. The lineups are annoying but it's not too bad. Adapt, improvise and overcome. If a baby starts crying I just yell really loudly, that way it drowns out the sound. :P I'll be back soon enough to try to make some phone calls, we'll see.

A baby will cry, but an annoying kid throwing a temper tantrum while the mother does/says nothing gets up under my nerves...severely. ####### is wrong with mothers these days ? When I was coming up, if we threw a hissy fit in a store, we got our hides tanned but good and momma didn't care who was watching. 0f course that was then but now days, you can't even dole out the least bit of discipline without the law being called on your sorry azz.
