Have we met? If not, let me bless you in advance. :innocent: I'm an old time VJer on here who has been through the immigration ringer multiple times for almost 5 years and thanks to the people in this thread have made it through with only a 'modicum of stripes'.

Welcome to this thread and trust me that the people on here are more than 'hearts'...they are 'hearts and souls'...I cannot express enough my appreciation to them for all they have given me over the years.

start by getting lots of exercise ... err ... wear yourself out ... umm ... be very active before trying to fall asleep ...
