Well it's official my Dell laptop is a piece of #######. After having it for a year and a half I can't use the keyboard anymore. The touch pad mouse already short circuited out way before that. I can only observe the internet with the point and click of my mouse on bookmarked pages and links. I have limited access to my Mom's desktop for now. I don't ever advise buying a Dell.
