I hate my new workout routine soooooooooooooo much :crying: :crying:

I have to do 45 minutes on the stairmaster which is the thing I hate most!!!!!! And I have to do walking lunges and reverse lunges and these butt lift things using an exercise ball. I better have the most fantastic butt EVER when this hell is over! The good thing is I only have to do the hell workout 3 times/wk. The rest of the time I get to do the normal workout that doesn't make me want to murder my trainer.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

Wow, Susita! You forgot to mention you are also holding down a full time job. I hope you got some decent sleep last night.
